Grande Yellowhead facility staff took their turn at sharing their expertise with GYPSD students. As part of The Learning Connection's ‘adulting’ course, students were taught some home repair basics from Randy Sheldrake, Murray Beckett, and Jens W. Bulk, for plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance at the shop located at the Education Services Centre in Edson. At Jasper Elementary, students got a boiler room tour as part of their hot and cold unit in science from Jens W. Bulk and retired long-time employee Glenn White, who both enjoyed explaining how the school is kept warm in the winter. Check out more photos on our Facebook page!
