- All parents and guardians must complete a registration form or returning student verification form before their student can be registered for the upcoming school year.
- Please note, each school in GYPSD has a computer available for any families requiring access or assistance when filling out the form.
Acceptance to a school of choice will be based upon existing GYPSD AP 300 Admission of Students including availability or non-availability of space and resources.

A New Student is one who has never been enrolled in a school in GYPSD or was not enrolled in a GYPSD school on the last day of school in the previous school year, as well as new kindergarten students entering school for the first time.
A Returning Student is one who was enrolled in a GYPSD school on the last day of the previous school year (e.g. students entering Grades 1-12).

2024/25 Returning Student Verification
All Returning Student Verification forms must be submitted for the 2024/25 school year.
Snapcodes will be sent via email as of February 15, 2024.
If you have not received your Snapcode, please clear the cache on your internet browser (Edge, Chrome, Safari, etc.) and check your spam folder before contacting your school secretary.
